With heavy hearts, we are announcing that our Proctor District location will close effective Saturday October 3, 2026.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who supported us and welcomed us to the Proctor community. Unfortunately, the fresh, made-from-scratch ingredients that go into all of our products are both expensive and labor-intensive, and we have not been able to achieve the financial profitability necessary to continue operating the Proctor location.

While this chapter is ending, our Gig Harbor flagship location is thriving, and we warmly invite you to visit us there. You’ll find all of your favorite menu items, plus even more, along with ample free parking and a beautiful covered outdoor patio.

And please don’t worry about your Proctor gift certificates or reward points — all gift certificates and reward points from the Proctor location can be redeemed at our Gig Harbor store with no expiration date.

Thank you for supporting our Proctor venture and for being part of our journey. We truly appreciate each and every one of you, and we hope to see you in Gig Harbor!
